The Service provides AI assistant tools (Numen) that help you create content — such as text, documents, social posts, and web pages — in your brand's voice. Outputs are generated by automated AI systems and provided as drafts for your review.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account, keeping your login secure, and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or to create harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content; attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service; resell or share access except as expressly permitted; or use the Service to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain your rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to operate and improve the Service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service itself — software, design, and branding — is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or platform other than to use the Service as intended.
The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Stripe for payments and AI model providers). Your use may be subject to their terms, and we aren't responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't warrant the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or as needed to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
